We offer you the perfect venue on the beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos which has a magical quality, delighting the senses and making inroads into everybody's heart.
Our concept is based on you designing your very own personalised workshop. We facilitate your venue according your requirements leaving you to plan your time simply and comfortably via the telephone or email in the comfort of your own home prior to arrival. Our aim is to promote peace and tranquillity in a friendly and family atmosphere.
Exotica Venues is located close to the sandy beaches of Kalamaki, set in the conservation area of The National Marine Park of Zakynthos, the most important nesting area for the loggerhead turtle in the whole of the Mediterannean. A small and quiet resort in peaceful surroundings to inspire creativity and clear thinking.
You choose where you would like to host your workshop. Lots of informal meeting areas are available, like our sunny bright and airy lounge, or outside on the terraces overlooking the beautiful tropical gardens. Our quiet and private treatment rooms are well stocked with towels, candles, incense etc providing a serene, relaxed space.
We can accommodate any sized group of people, singles, couples, friends and families - everybody is welcome. Bedrooms are airy, cool and comfortable. The decoration is traditional Greek style with the overall feeling being simple and welcoming. Each room has an en-suite shower room and a balcony.
We pride ourselves on our foods which are sourced locally keeping the prices as reasonable as possible. We can cater for vegetarians or special diets on request.
A breakfast buffet is served in the dining room, guests can also enjoy their breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.
Lunch is a buffet style selection of hot and cold savoury dishes with a dessert. Served with beverages of your choice.
There are many local evening tavernas, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes.
In addition to the workshop facilities we also offer alternative therapies such as Reiki, Reflexology, Hot Stones & Crystal Energy Balancing, Hopi Ear Candles, Massage, Facials, Meditation, Yoga and Tarot Readings.
Local activities such as Greek nights, horse riding, scuba diving, water sports, guided car tours, boat trips, shopping trips etc can also be arranged for you. Tell us what you would like to do and we will endeavour to arrange it for you!
To make your workshop experience even more special and unique we can arrange for a local craftsman to make gifts from local reclaimed driftwood. A photograph of your group in a unique handmade driftwood frame, for example, or a small candle or incense holder, or even a clock. With prices from only 10€ per gift. Advise us what you would like and we will arrange to have it made for you and your group.
Our basic package includes accommodation, workshop venue, continental breakfast and beverages - with prices from only 15€ per person per night. Families and friends not participating in the workshops are also welcome, please contact us for accommodation cost.
In addition to these fantastic prices the workshop leader will receive free accommodation and breakfast for a group booking of ten or more rooms.
Your course or workshop can also be promoted locally and from our website, with links to your website.
