Our holistic centre is based within the beautiful Anagenessis Village Hotel Kalamaki on the picturesque Greek island of Zakynthos. Our aim is to provide a haven of peace and tranquillity for all our clients, whatever their needs....... a spiritual/holistic retreat holiday, Yoga, Tai Chi, de-tox and nutritional advice, holistic treatments, a relaxing pampering day and so much more........
The Anagenessis logo depicting a moon, sun and hour glass has its own relevance. The sun reflects the male positive energy, with the crescent moon the female Goddess energy, the hour glass in between reminding us all how we can balance the energies (as in Yin and Yan) and also how quickly these energy forces can go in and out of alignment.
A small family owned and managed hotel of only eighteen spacious self catering rooms, it is the perfect location for a restful week to restore wellness to mind, body and spirit. The buildings are all built with re claimed materials, in the same style, from properties demolished by the 1953 earthquakes, giving the hotel a unique feel and look. The hotel is well situated with only a five minute drive to the main town of Zakynthos and to the beautiful Crystal Beach of Kalamaki, a nesting ground for the Caretta Caretta Loggerhead Turtle.

We are delighted to be able to announce that we have a small craft shop within our centre, where you can purchase crystal items to continue with your treatment, or simply treat yourself or a loved one to something special.
The shop is filled with unique hand made Reiki attuned Crystal jewellery, crystals and much more.....
